Tactical Fitness Course

High tempo in both fitness and firearms

Service Description

If we aim to defend and sustain ourselves in a fight, our fitness level is the majority of what will determine our outcome. The Tactical Fitness course is a combination of firearms and fitness training with an emphasis on teaching explosive fitness principals. We focus on getting up quickly, sprinting for short bursts, and being able to control our focus to hit those fast accurate shots. Getting off the X with a quickness, having great sustained cardio, and being able to overpower the variables is what this training is all about. Get prepared for a day of fitness and firearms for the ultimate circle of training. • Duration: 6 hours • Location: Yermo, CA • Course Tuition: $200 • Course participant limit: 10 students max What to bring: • Physical Fitness clothing (Come dressed in this attire, bring a change of range clothes) • Water bottle or camelback style pack • Cleaned and Functioning Semiautomatic Pistol • 3 magazines minimum (5 magazines recommended) • Outside the waistband holster Level 2 or higher • Rigid shooters belt or similar style range belt • 250 rounds of ammo minimum (students may use duty ammo for data examining purposes) • Eye and ear protection (personal protective equipment is available to rent or purchase) • Snacks and water (water is included in the course tuition, but more water is smart) • An Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) and tourniquet (training tourniquets are available for rent) • Cooling towel, extra set of clothes, and please leave fancy watches or any items you do not want damaged in a safe place • ID and a method of payment for range or other items
